Principle:

The heat media fist flow into the main floating coil and then evenly flow into each floating coil. Due to the small area, the heat media flow with high speed, Push forward the coil emerge low amplitude and high frequency vibration, which disrupt the heat transfer fluid flow between layers, strengthen the convective heat transfer. Meanwhile the water need to be heated will been heated through the floating coil successively. Then the water after heating flow out from the coil evenly under the control of floating baffle and mixed floating assembly.

With the high frenquency vibration, the scale is hard to formed on the floating coil wall., althouth part of them has been formed will be fall off easily. Cause the heat shrink difference between red copper and scale, it is viable to clean the scale in charge of the thermal shock.
