Zhejing Ruian Forging Industrial Corp. is a specialized stocking cooperative enterprise of manufacturing medium-sized and small-sized complex parts and precision press forgings for automobile, motorcycle and tool. And now, we can manufacture 3, 000 tons medium-sized steel precision die forgings, and 5 million pes forgings which is about 2, 500 tons in a year. As a result, out enterprise has been given the title of Ruian Star Class Enterprise.
There are total three production lines of 630T friction press and 400T friction press, and electric pulse, resistor fumace, impeller head and so on cold-forming and hot-working equipment in our corporation. In addition, we possess complete method of material chemical analysis and forging physical checkout. Among our staffs, there are 15 technicians and inspectors of senior and middle-rank titles for technical personnel. Besides we have organized a keen-witted and capable team of leaders, which adaptc to market economic operation.
On the basis of carrying out overall quality management, we established documentary quality system according to ISO 9002 Standard and has gained the attestation in order to provide whole customers with reliable quality guarantee and to achieve our quality principle of "temper high quality product, satisfy users wholeheartedly".
