Details of produce process
1. Material: Blank glass envelope/tube.
2. Cleaning process: Clean the inner impurities easily.
3. Drying operation: Evaporate water from the inner wall of th tube.
4. Phosphor coating: Coat evenly over the inner wall of the tube by a preparation of phosphor and dry to fix.
5. Baking glass envelope/tube: High temperature oxidation and remove impurities easily from phosphor coating.
6. Welding process: Weld in half of the tube to be a semi-finished tube by a special equipment.
7. Anneal process: Heating to cool and remove a semi-finished tube stress.
8. Exhaust process: Put mercury amalgam to assist it, all air must be excluded and swap in working gas.
9. Sealing process: Detached from the exhaust machine and cut off the air and then finished the process of glass envelope/tube.
