Shipment
A. The products will be shipped by UPS/DHL/FedEx, which will take 4-5 work days for delivery.
B. Item will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after we received the payment.
C. Please note that we are unable to take any responsibilities for any customs delay or tax. But we often take your orders as gifts/accessories/samples with low value so that you can avoid some taxes. So when you place your orders, please tell us your local customs, then you will be requested to pay import taxes. We will do all we can do as to your request to be your best supplier.
Return/Warranty
A. No refunds are offered. Only defective goods are offered exchange within 1 month since goods delivered
B. All items required exchange or fully refund should be returned back to us with the original package and no signs of abuse or damage, we will issue refunds or exchange after receiving the returned items
C. Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 7 days from delivered date
D. Buyer is responsible for the returned shipping charges
E. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
