Processing procedure
Silver mirror is processed through chemical plating method. It is produced through a trinal processing work by coating a silver film, a copper film and two layers of waterproof paint on the back of flat and smooth-surface float glass.

Feature:
Made of wave less float glass; Double coated paint.
Exact image, high reflectivity, reflection ratio is about 93%.
Deep processing. Can be cut into any size and any shape and sand blast process is available.
Polished edge processing: Round edge, flat edge and beveled edge, etc.
The mirror can be made into safety mirror through sticking special PE film in the backside (both cati and catii are available).
Packing, seaworthy wooden crates with paper interleave.
In order to meet the environment requirements of EU, USA and other countries, we can also produce copper free silver mirror.
Thickness: 1.8mm~12mm.
Standard sizes: 600mm*900mm, 914mm*1220mm 1220mm x 1830mm, 1830mm x 2440mm, etc.
