This longitudinal welding center is composed of welding manipulator, rotator and SAW welder. SAW welding with high efficiency and nice appearance; It suitable for middle and heavy plate welding. It can be widely used for petrol chemistry pipe welding, shipbuilding, metallurgy, boiler industries.
The GLHZ series welding rotator is absorbing advantages of similar products at home and abroad, and designed and manufactured by us according to the operation requirements of several pressure vessel factories, and accord with mechanical standard JB/T 9187-1999 It is the device for special purpose adopted to weld metal cylinder especially pressure vessel. It has advantages of advanced technology, reliable quality and simple operation.
This is self-aligned welding rotator which suitable for different diameter jobs in the range, and it has advantages of stepless speed adjust, low noise transmission and stable turning under the welding parameter in the range.
There are a number of designs for the manipulators, such as the stationary type, the stationary and rotating type, and the all orientation type. The movement of the boom is adopted with frequency conversion control, and also you can select PLC programming controller, which is good in mechanic precise, is accurate in positioning, and we are sure the company is able to design and manufacture special manipulators for our customers.
