1. What is normal dimension of your products?
All magnets are customized.
 
2. What information do I need to supply when I have a inquiry?
If you have any inquiry, please kindly advise the following items:
a. Dimensions or drawing with tolerances.
b. Material grade or magnetic properties.
c. Magnetic direction. c. Magnetic direction.
d. Surface coating (If necessary).
e. Quantity and delivery terms.
 
3. How long will you give me the reply?
We will reply you in 24 hours.
 
4. Could I get samples?
Yes, we will help you to get the samples as soon as we can.
 
5. How long will you deliver sample and bulk order?
If we have materials in our stock, we can send them within 3 days. If we don't , production time for sample is 7-9 days, 15-20 days for bulk order.

Warm tips
Safe handling and storage of magnets 
1.We should always be very careful, because the magnets will own adsorbed together, could pinch your fingers. There may be damaged due to collision of magnet itself (or knocked corner cracks) when magnets snap each other.
 
2.Easily magnetized magnets please be away from items such as floppy disks , credit cards,computer monitors,watches,cell phones,medical equipment and so on.
 
3.Magnets should stay away from the pacemaker. 

4.Larger sized magnet, should be added between each piece of plastic or cardboard shims to ensure that the magnet can easily be separated. 

5.Magnets should be stored in a dry,normal temperature environment.
 
Packaging Details
Export Standard Cartons are supplied with foam well protected.
We can make the packages according to customer's request.
Sea packages and air packages are both available.

Transportation:
1. By Sea: If the GW is over 50kg, we advise ship by sea when you are not urgent for the goods as the charge of ocean way is cheaper than by air.  

2. By Air: If the good below 30kg, we advise deliver by air with Express (DHL, TNT, FedEx)
