As an alternation product of generation, the model QT quarter-turn valve electric actuators are developed by our company. These actuators are suitable for use on butterfly valve, ball valve and cock valve etc. Which are required to turn 90° . The case body is made of die casting aluminium, these actuators are featured by attractive appearance, small size, light weight, high efficiency, high reliability, high protection capability, low noise and so on. Both operation at site and remote controlling can be carried out. So they have been applied in petroleum and chemical industries, power generating plant, water treatment and papermaking industries.
The protection class is IP67
Base Features
1. The case is processed by means of aluminum die-casting technology and precision machining technique
2. Light weight and small size, outer surface is treated through flame plating technique to give an excellent appearance
3. Easy to adjust the end position of stroke control and set torque switch and reliable on control
4. High accuracy of driving medium, ball bearings are fitted at all rotating positions, high efficiency of whole machine and negligible noise
5. Driving of the output shaft is carried out through worm gear and can be self-locked at any position
6. There is a mechanical adjustable stop for valve end position control
7. The manual/electric declutch is of semi-automation and electric-priority to ensure safe and reliable operation
8. Possessing ideal outdoor performance
9. Various flange connection models, there is a valve stem adapter in the inner of output shaft, easy to mount and dismount

Tianjin Baili Ertong Machinery Co., Limited(TET)is Modern Corporation which is original Tianjin Valve Co., limited after corporate restructuring. It has rich experience about designing, manufacturing and researching of electric valve actuator since building in 1965. TET covers a land of 15 thousand square meters and 330 employees including 50 technicians, 5 masters of business administration, 20 technologists that is great group with plenty of rich technology experiences. Nowadays, all employees of TET have been working hard for the development of company. In 2007, the capital assets were more than RMB 130 million, and annual sales revenue has reached RMB 150 million.
TET owns the Tianjin Technical Supervision Department′s laboratory and a team of professional staff with vast experience. So far TET has manufacturing centers, worm numerial control milling machines, gear wheel machines, numerial machines, vacuum cementite ovens and advanced machines and equipment for checking the machine parts.
Since 1980s, TET has introduced new techniques of Limitorques of Limitorque from U. S. A and absorbed advance technology of valve actuator such as SMC series of electric valve actuator. TET has relocated into the Tianjin Port Free Zone Airport Industrial Park, providing an economical environment and a broader space for development since November 2007.
