Donggang Daji Nonferrous Metal Material Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer of Titanium and Titaniumm alloy ingot/bar/wire/tube/plate, nickel and nickel alloy bar/tube and stainless steel seamless pipes and tubes. We have the facilities: 3000t extruder, vacuum eletrode arc furnace, LCX diagonal rolling piercing mill with 2 rollers, cold-roller/drawers for tubes, vacuum electric resistance furnace, hyperbolic straightening machine, etc. In the meanwhile, our factories are equiped with infrared detector, eddy current inspection instrument, tensile test machine, rockwell hardness tester, grinding and polishing machine, Mosaic Machines, Metallographical Microscope etc...
The titanium material will follow the standards: GB/T2965\ASTM B348 \JIS H4650; GB/T3623\ASTM B863\JIS H4670; GB/T3624\ASTM B861\JIS H4630; GB/T3625, ASTM B338\JIS H4631; GB/T3621\ASTM B265\JIS H4600; We also do well in nickel and nickel alloy bars/seamless tubes.
Note that the facilities of this company are designed on the basis of working on stainless steel.
Now we are expanding our production to rolling/drawing the stainless steel seamless pipes/tubes.
The grades ranges in: TP304/TP304L, TP316/316L, TP316Ti, TP317L, TP321, TP321H, TP347, TP347H, TP309/309S, TP310/310S, TP904L and UNS S31803 etc.
We will follow the standards: ASTM A312, A213, A269, for Duplex we will. Follow A789, A790...
We have obtained The Russian Millitary Qualification Authentication and other International Quality management system certs such as cert by IQnet etc
