Incoloy800HT is a fully austenitic, low carbon, nickel-iron-chromium alloy of the same series as Incoloy 800. The cobalt content of this alloy can be controlled below 0.01%. Incoloy 800HT is resistant to many corrosive media. Its high nickel content makes it have good resistance to stress corrosion cracking in aqueous corrosion conditions. High chromium content makes it more resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion cracking. The alloy has good resistance to nitric acid, organic acid corrosion, but in sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid corrosion resistance is limited. Except for the possibility of pitting corrosion in halides, there is good corrosion resistance in oxidizing and non-oxidizing salts. In water, steam and steam, air, carbon dioxide mixture also has good corrosion resistance. Used in nitric acid condensers - nitric acid corrosion resistant, steam heated tubes - very good mechanical properties, heating element tubes - very good mechanical properties etc. For applications up to 500 ° C, the alloy is annealed.

Incoloy800H processing methods and heat treatment:
Incoloy 800HT is suitable for hot and cold work, but requires high-power processing equipment due to its high strength.
Incoloy800HT Heating:
