The Immersion heating technology employs the insertion of a heater tube, with high resistance to the corrosion effects of liquid zinc into the zinc kettle. The heat transfer from this heater tube to the zinc is very efficient and overcomes past problems of high-energy consumption and overheating of ceramic pots. The production of ash is greatly reduced.
