Our ability of designs are 20000 ton special steel, 10000 ton casting and 3000 ton forging, we equiped 270 sets special steel and various casting equipments, and have well-found product quality examination control means, the physical function of complete set experiment with chemistry material experiment equipments. Refine process involve: Electric indiction furnace refining, LF furnace refining, VOD vacuum refiningCasting process involve: The resin sand casting, water glass sand casting, precoated sand casting, investment casting, precision casting.
