We are specializing in producing oil well services plunger pumps for well stimulation, cementing, fracturing, acidizing etc. We have our own oiflied services company. We are very strict in production technology. All pump housing are produced with CNC machining equipment and the tolerance
Is corrected by coordinate measuring machine (especially for geometric tolerance). The perpendicularity is within 0.02mm between the hoels of main shaft and crosshead. The processing precision for some chief parts such as crosshead, valve seat
Is controlled by this way. For parts which have strict requirements for material, the material is tested and analyzed by metal spectrometer, besides strict flaw detection. The metallographic structure of parts in need of heat-treatment is verified with metallographic microscope.
