Product Description
After finishing coating aluminum, the vacuum coater would vaporize the protection film stock and pump into the vacuum chamber with constant speed by control of flow control device. The equipment is able to ionize the gas by plasma discharge among electrode plates
The main composition of the protection film is silicon-base oxide, which owns excellent chemical durability and physical property. And it also has wonderful performance in adhesive attraction, alkali resistivity, acid endurance, surface hardness and environmental characteristics, etc.
After added this system, the user is able to achieve protection film coating function. At the same time, the user may also use this equipment to cleanse the work pieces by ion bombardment, so that the surface could be activated. The adherence atom like dust could be removed so that the coating quality is effectively enhanced.
The vacuum metallizer is capable to metallize plastic, glasses and metal parts. It can widely apply to outer casing of digital products, plastic sheeting, reflex lamp reflector and so on.
