6 nozzles automatic filling rotary cement packing machine/roto packer
The packing machine is mainly apply to filling and packing bulk building materials into valve bags, with automatic weighing balance, rotary system, impeller feeder design, equiped with vibrating screen, discharging conveyor and truck loading machine, optimize the configuration of packing plant, improve production efficiency, and the special designing of discharding spout contribute to improving weighing precision and clean working environment.
BHYW automatic cement rotary packing machine offer several advantages over BG inline cement packing machine , such as high capacity,90-140t/h, less labor, only need 1 worker to place valve bags, it apply to packing plant of large scale cement manufacture, gypsum powder producer, bulk cement importer, cement grinding plant etc.
Regarding to the fabricating of BG inline cement packing machine and BHYW cement rotary packing machine , the main electric parts are from Sinmens, except welding and drilling and bending, the key components are processing by CNC machining center, in microcomputer control, our technical engineer will design and programming according to using conditon. After assembling all aparts into finished product, inspection department will incharge of final confirmation before delivery.
BHYW automatic cement rotary packing machine
The automatic cement rotary packing machine is equipped with frequency conversion controller, discharging unit, side feeding mechanism, automatic cement position inductive device, and automatic weighing system controlled by the micro-computer, besides it also adds the SCM programmed device to control the filling. The functions of bag clamping, cement filling, filling spout start/stop, and bag falling are all able to complete automatically except for manual bag placing. The features of this automatic cement rotary packing machine are high capacity, accurate weighing, and durability.

BHYW automatic cement rotary packing machine
Working principle:
The sequence of the bag filling operations is defined by the peripheral location of the bag on the packer during the filling cycle: empty bag application location, tare location, bag discharge location, etc. During the rotation and according to its location, the filling unit receives the relevant commands. These points, on bag location, are normally determinated by a complicated system of microswitches, solenoid valves, pneumatic cylinders etc., all mounted on the external perimeter of the packer.
The overall feeding and packing processes are monitored with the possibility to adjust/optimize the performance through specific pages of the HMI, such as adjusting weighing, rotate speed, variables and ability of the PLC program.
