Gantry structure:
The cutting machine gantry is mainly composed of the main beam and two longitudinal end frames.
Main beam is welded into light box structure with special rectangular tube with good rigidity, high precision, light weight, small inertia and other characteristics, all the rectangular tubes used have been aged before welding.On the premise of ensuring strength, The rectangular tube is adopted with intermittent welding mode to control welding stress at the minimum level.
Longitudinal endframe is welded with several steel plates.The longitudinal drive system of the machine is installed in the center of the machine, which ensures the smooth operation of the machine.The operating platform is also installed on the mainframe to facilitate the operation of the equipment.
All the structural parts of the longitudinal endframe will be treated with surface shot blasting and vibration stress relief after the completion of splicing.In this way, the surface quality of the structural parts is good and the welding stress is eliminated.
Cutting machine gantry is a key component to ensure the accuracy and stability of this machine.It is particularly important to control the processing of the beam and endframe.
Transverse driving device:
The working precision and positioning precision of transverse drive are the same as that of the longitudinal drive.The transverse drive guide is straight guide, which is the same as the longitudinal control mode, namely the high precision gear and rack driving, with high-precision precision planetary gear box and ac servo system.Under the control of the CNC system, combined with optical encoder to control the speed and position detection, it is easy to control the working precision of this machine.
Adjustable Speed Driving Amplifier is applied to the speed control, which ensures the good transmission characteristics within the whole speed range, as well as the position accuracy in the full speed range.
The two ends of the beam are both equipped with steel wire transmission devices.The main and secondary moving bodies get through the steel belt transmission device are clamped in both front and back to realize the smooth movement of the same phase and the anti-phase between the cutting torch.The two ends of the beam are equipped with transverse limit switch and machine transverse reference point.

Longitudinal rack is made of pitch rack which can greatly reduce the cumulative error of the machine, especially the guideway longer machine.
The elimination question of clearance error between installation precision of guide rail and gear rack is mainly determined by the machining precision of single guide rail.The processing technology of our company ensures that the plane degree of the guide rail is less than 0.02mm.At the guide rail extending procedure, we fix steel wire at both ends of the guide rail to adjust the height of Bottom board and location of guide rail.When the guide rail are in the scope of installation accuracy, fix the guide rail with plate pressure.The guide rail is connected with a tensioning rod to ensure the coordination between the guide rails .
Heavy duty lifter
The heavy duty lifter moves up and down of the gauge through the movement of the linear bearing between the guide shafts.The whole lifting system is installed in the fully sealed box body, and the guide structure is installed on the linear bearing seat.Its vertical movement distance is 150mm.For large load of the lifter, the CNC cutting machine can be equipped with single cutting torch, straight triple cutting torch, plasma cutting torch of different power and powder spraying marking device.In the process of cutting, steel plate on the surface may be warped or crack for cutting or thermal deformation.It may cause crash about cutting torch and the steel plate , which will cause the damage of the cutting torch or potential hazard of the fuel gas leakage.The lifter is designed with a floating guide structure.When the cutting torch falls down and crash the steel plate by mistake, the cutting torch will automatically rise up to protect the cutting torch.The lifter also has 360 degree anti-collision function to protect the cutting torch in the whole working area.The lifter has three kinds of lifting modes:Manual, electric and automatic.
Height adjusting system:
In the process of cutting, the cutting torch will automatically move along with the height of the steel plate to maintain a constant distance between the torch and the workpiece, which ensure the quality of cutting.We use different height adjusting system for different cutting system to meet the demand of our customers.
Capacitive automatic height adjustment system consists of control box, high frequency control box, high frequency wire, induction ring and control switch.This adjusting system realizes the automatic control of the cutting torch height by the RC oscillation circuit, when the capacitance change between the inductive ring and steel plate, lifting electric machine will rise or fall to balance the capacitance between them.The water spray device function is forbidden when the capacitance height adjusting system is operating.Because the water vapor will change the capacitance between induction ring and steel plate, which will produce a beat phenomenon.
Range of application:
Suitable for flame cutting torch.At the end of preheating and before opening the cutting oxygen,maintain the distance between the cutting torch and the steel plate automatically to improve the cutting quality when cutting.
Arcing automatic height adjustment system
In order to improve the quality of plasma cutting, guarantee the cutting speed, an arc pressure height adjustment system is used.The initial positioning system can accurately adjust the height from the plasma cutting nozzle to the steel plate, arc pressure height adjustment system can ensure it keeping a constant distance of plasma cutting nozzle to the plate in the process of cutting.Which improves the cutting efficiency and ensures cutting quality steadily.
Auto-ignition device:
The cutting torch is automatically ignited by a continuous pulse automatic igniter.When the cutting torch is lit, the igniter closes automatically.The advantages of electronic ignition devices become more prominent when several mechanical cutting torches are used at the same time.
In the cutting process, as long as automatic ignition is set at the starting point, the cutting torch will automatically ignite at the starting position of each workpiece.It not only improves the automation of the equipment, but also greatly improves the safety of operation.

Electrical part

Control system
The controller is installed on the left side of the machine for easily operating.Emergency switch with eye-catching color device is set at one end of the machine beam.As long as pressing the switch, the machine will stop running immediately and close all electromagnetic valves.
It can be restarted again after resetting the emergency stop switch without making any adjustment.
