Please read this manual carefully before installation
Main and driven roller frame must be installed in the same plane, with a horizontal center line, the specific requirements and adjustment methods are as follows:
1, installation ground plane allowable error: 0.2 / 1000mm.
2, the main and driven roller frame according to the requirements placed in the appropriate level, with the ruler to test the main and secondary roller frame diagonal length. Claim:
a, the test to the upper side of the roller wheel on the end of the center of the wheel as the base point (as shown)

b, Driven roller and idler roller diagonal length equal,Error range: ± 2mm.












 
Note: Main and driven roller frame diagonal length is equal to the main factors that affect the workpiece offset, be sure to make the relevant adjustments before the operation.
3, the normal operation of each wheel holder to be four rounds of contact, if only two rollers contact the workpiece, the maximum carrying tonnage reduced by 50%.








H.Caution

3.When install driven roller and idler roller,Must ensure that driven roller and idler roller level contours,Centerline on the same line (see installation instructions).
4.Workpiece diameter should be strictly in accordance with the Technical Data Sheet regulations,Or prone to accidents,If the device is a driven roller and an idler roller ,Workpiece length should be controlled in less than 10M;If the length of the workpiece 10M≤L <20M when,It requires the use of two idler from a main roller. When using one main and two idler rollers, main roller should be placed in the center position of the workpiece, idler roller placed in a position from the workpiece end 1 ~ 1.5M of.
5, Steel tire is only suitable in normal condition,Under special circumstances steel rubber wheels contact with the workpiece and the steel is higher than the maximum temperature allowed 60 ºC,Otherwise steel rubber wheel damage at the user's responsibility.
6, When used,Should ensure that the roller surface is clean,Roller frame roller contacts should all work,Non welds or sharp parts of the contact roller,Lifting the workpiece,Non-impact wheel,To prevent damage to the roller or other components;In the device is not fixed,Strong impact is likely to lead the whole subversion.
7, Before using the roller,Check the control box is reliable grounded.
8, The device uses a three-phase 380v-415v (± 10%) 50HZ AC power,Power line through the air switch,Ensure safe operation.Equipment commissioning,Power,Press the start button,Observe the rotation of the drive wheel and speed adjustment is normal.If abnormal,Should immediately power off,Find out the reasons,When the fault is only in power test machine.

I.Care and maintenance
