Equipment Configuration:
This model laminator mainly includes: loading stage,laminating stage,unloading stage,heating station,vacuum pumps.

1,Loading stage

1.1 Fixed loading stage. Gear motor drive, frequency changer control,stable transmission.
1.2 PVC belt transmission,encoder positioning,accurate positioning.
1.3 Separation distance between modules adjustable,transmission speed adjustable.

2,Laminating stage(two parts)
2.1 The anti-wrinkle design of the silicone membrane prolongs the service life. The rubber sheet is fixed by quick clamp method, and the tension rod saves the replacement time.
2.2 The pneumatic lifting method makes the system stable, achieved the goal of lower energy consumption, cleanliness and time saving.

3,Unloading stage
3.1 Fixed unloading stage. Gear motor drive ,frequency changer control,stable transmission.
3.2 The unloading stage adopts steel galvanized sprocket roller shaft conveying.The roller is driven by gear motor.

4, Vacuum System

4.1 The main module of the vacuum system is Ebolo valve. The upper chamber inflation speed is adjustable.
4.2 The entire vacuum system is strictly designed according to the best calculation results of gas flow, which keeps the pumping and intake of each chamber even and stable;

5,Heating System
5.1 The heating system of the whole heating plate is designed according to the best calculation results of fluid mechanics and heat transfer, ensuring the temperature uniformity of the heating plate, reducing the pressure and energy consumption.
5.2 The entire heating system (including the hot oil pipeline) is fully insulated, which greatly reduces heat loss and saves energy;

6,Auxiliary System
6.1 The frame body adopts high-strength structure design, and the connecting parts are strengthened at key parts to ensure the firmness and reliability of the whole frame body, so that the equipment is safe, stable, reliable and reduces the failure rate during transportation, installation and working;
6.2 It adopts lock nuts between key connecting parts of the equipment to keep it stable.
