Usage method:

1. grass-roots treatment: the surface of the base should be flat, strong, no honeycomb, flex, dust, oil and other surface attachments, and the angle of yin and Yang should be made into circular arc. Before construction, it should be repaired to meet the requirements of waterproof construction.

2. for cement, concrete and cement mortar base, it is necessary to achieve construction after solidification.

3. preparation and construction of waterproof coating.

A. emulsion: common cement =1:0.9 (conforming to GB/T23445-2009 type II standard);

B. emulsion: common cement =1:1.1 (conforming to GB/T23445-2009 type III standard);

C. emulsion: ordinary cement: sand =1:2:4 (conforming to JC/T984-2011JF- type II standard);

Please make up proportionately according to the actual design requirements, then apply the suitable coating rolls two to three times, and the thickness reaches the standard of water proof standard, each time is about 2-4 hours (according to the weather, the environment properly adjusted to the non stick hand).

4. enhanced treatment: if the waterproof layer is strengthened, it can be reinforced with non-woven fabrics, fiberglass cloth or polyester fabric.

5. coating dosage: 1-1.5kg/m2.

Matters needing attention

1, the cement is more than 325# of ordinary portland cement or slag cement. It is strictly forbidden to use early strength cement or quick dry cement; 2, the proportioning should be prepared in strict proportion, and the mixing time should not be less than 5 minutes.

3, the construction temperature should be at 5 - 43, not under 0 or rain and snow. It should not be constructed in a wet environment with bad ventilation and more than 80% air humidity.

4, the emulsion is not flammable, water, no poison, and can be transported by ordinary goods.

5, the emulsion should be sealed at 5 C -37 C and stored for 12 months.

6, packaging specifications: 5kg/ barrels, 10kg/ barrels, 20kg/ barrels, 25kg/ barrels, 50kg/ barrels.

Reference amount:

1. for moisture-proof, besmear a layer, thick about 0.5 ~ 0.7mm, smooth base surface is about 0.9kg/m2.

2. for waterproofing, it must be brushed over two stories with a thickness of about 1 to 1.2mm and a smooth base surface of about 1.5-1.8kg/m2.
