It′s one of the largest specific manufacturer of textile machine and energy saving motor.
The enterprise possesses over 120 sets of key producing and inspecting equipment, including 8 sets of CNC precision machine. 23 sets of automatism grinding machines, 60 sets of horizontal high speeding precise lathes, 12 sets of horizontal, vertical milling machines, 10 sets of numerical control lathes, 3 sets of vertical drilling machines, 6 sets of 80-ton hydraulic presses, 8 sets of precise dynamic balancing machines, lots of producing and inspecting equipment. For the corresponding of national energy-saving and emission reduction and meet the internal demand of the market for electricity cost control, we developed the energy-saving motor in year 2008, we can tailored the high efficiency energy saving motor for all industry. The company set up a R & D team consists of experts who enjoyed the special allowance of the State Council and engaged in long-term national special motor and rare earth permanent magnet motor design, research and manufacture, developed the BYT series ultra efficient, self starting three-phase rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor with independent intellectual property rights. After mass test of the users in textile, oil etc industries, the average power saving rate can reach 15%. In August 2012, organized by the Jiangsu provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission, 7 well-known domestic motor experts identified Committee, production and identification BYT series of rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor, expert conclusion: "The efficiency is better than the standard IE4 in IEC60034-30, the energy efficiency indicators have reached the international advanced level". In year 2013, the company′s product smoothly included in the national "energy-saving products Huimin project" high efficiency motor catalogue.
