SWTS-VIII Switch Mechanical Characteristic Test System

General Introduction:
The product is developed based on our latest development in 2015 of a switch mechanical characteristics tester. On the basis of the original instrument, it increases the operation power module. Hardware of the system is highly consistent with the leading international manufacturers' product in this field.  And because of advances in components conditions, certain parameters are with international advanced level. The basic structure is: general-purpose computer mainboard + data acquisition card + input signal processing module + output control. Data acquisition card is our self-developed multi-functional high-precision data acquisition card. Input signal processing module will condition and isolation 5000v isolation input signal to ensure there is no crosstalk between signals. Between all input channels, Output is controlled by the AC and DC combined output mode with reliable protection against over-voltage arisen by inductive loads to ensure high-speed, reliable and solid output. Windows XP system software controls the entire process of data management and post-tests. Use large touch-screen operator interface, easier and intelligent to use.
With analog channel acquisition, system can test stroke sensor signal, open and close operations' power supply current and voltage signals, coil electric signal (command starting point), charging motor voltage and current signals, etc. Users can customize the action sequences of the switch. Interval between two actions and coil energized hold time can be set. Charging time, charging circuit power consumption and control loop power consumption of the test sample can be tested and calculated. There are three sensors for measuring any three-way travel. There is envelope automatic matching function. Software will identify the comparison results. Report can be printed with user defined settings with automatic typesetting.

Integrated functions of the product:

1.The instrument equipped with a 12-inch LED touch screen, Windows operating system, general-purpose computer with a 64G SSD to store data.
2.15 contacts channel: Measure 12 main contacts (of which 3 can be used to measure contacts with the close resistance). Measure the close time, opening time, a non-simultaneity, bouncing time, primary and secondary time. 3 auxiliary contacts are for measuring the operating time of other related contacts (active or passive).
3.9 analog input channels: 3 ways are stroke sensors for measuring switches stroke, over-travel, rebound, overshoot, etc.. Based on these, it can calculate speeds, etc. The remaining 6 ways are for the operating voltage, current acquisition channel, real-time recording the charging voltage and current waveforms.during thr switch action , Then calculate the power consumption of closing coil and charging motor.
4.Users can customize the switching action sequences, close/open duration and the time interval between two operations.
5.Control methods include internal control (internal synchronization, internal trigger), external control (external synchronization, external trigger) and manually control.
6.Output is controlled by solid-state components with features of high control precision and long life.
7.Contact moving speed can be defined by 4 ways: "percentage of stroke", " percentage of open gap", "time", "stroke", which meets all varieties of speed tests .
8.User can customize the printing of reports.Check the print content according to your printing needs and the system will automatically typeset. Reports include all collected channels waveforms and all test results.
9. A powerful database function was Provided. All tested data can be saved. Provides query capabilities based on different criteria.
10.The instrument comes with a DC power supply, which can meet the precise voltage regulation requirements. It requires an external power supply for testing AC.
11.The system has automatic matching envelopes function. Software informs the comparison results automatically.
