Applications
The biogas pretreatment system is for H2S less than 2000ppm.

The functions
The biogas pre-treatment system is independently developed and researched by my company according to the biogas characteristic and the project experience in China. We also takes the foreign biogas pre-treatment design data as a preference. This system can meet the requirements for biogas genset such as stable pressure and suitable temperature. This is a skid-mounted system which can be used to remove sulphur, water and dust, increase and stabilize pressure. Moreover, the automatic control, online testing, gas humidity regulation and gas temperature regulation can be realized.

3. The H2S can be removed by the dry desulfurizer
4. The biogas outlet temperature can be regulated to meet the requirement of gas genset.
5. The biogas content can be tested by the equipped online gas testing devices. (Optional)
6. The outlet gas pressure and temperature can be regulated by the advanced control method.
7. The gas flow rate can be automatically tracked according to the genset requirement.
8. This system has the overpressure and overheat alarm and protection function, it can ensure the safe and long operation of the device.
9. The equipped biogas pre-treatment can control the genset with a given calorific
Value, it can improve stability and protect the gas collection system.

Working principle
Firstly, The biogas from digester will come into purification tower and contact with media, H2S content will be purified and lower than 100 mg/Nm3.
Secondly, Biogas will come into gas-gas heat exchanger to realize the first cooling, then the cooling gas will come into gas-water heat exchanger to realize the second cooling. So the saturated water of biogas can become liquid water and realize the de-water.
Thirdly, foam and dust will be removed when biogas come into Entrainment separator.
The gas pressure can be increased through blower and inverter can stable the pressure into 2~10kPa.

The characteristics of the system
The system is adopted with biogas desulphurization and purification technology, freeze-drying technology, and frequency converting controlling technology, it ensure the high efficiency and stability of whole system. The main characteristics are as follows:
The system is designed as 110% full load, so it has resistance for load fluctuation.
The pipes and flanges are made by stainless steel.
The skid mounted design, all equipments can be amounted on the base frame, it is easy for transportation. There are one biogas inlet and outlet connection, it is easy for installation.
The blower is anti-explosion design and there are bypass for blower, it can ensure the safety of system.
There are two purification tower, which can be used separately or together.
There is net installed inside the entrainment separator, it has the buffer function and remove the impurities of biogas, so it can make the particles lower than 4μ M.
The frequency converting controlling technology is mature, it can ensure the biogas pressure in a stable range. So it can reduce the running cost.
There are second class heat exchange, so cooling and heat value can be adopted fully. Besides, the second class entrainment separator is adopted, it can remove the water in the maximum degree.
