The main functions of uni ram paint spray gun automatic cleaning machine (suitable for solvent and water paint) are as follows:
1, Main functions: it can quickly clean (spray gun, solvent type and water type) hand spray gun or workpiece without manual removal and cleaning; it can place two spray guns and two paint pots in the cleaning box at the same time, which can avoid the harm of solvent to human body, reduce solvent consumption, save working time, reduce production cost and improve production environment.
2, The main parts of the cleaning machine are made of 304 stainless steel, copper nozzle, plastic gas pipe. The cleaning solution is delivered by rubber hose and PE pipe. The size of cleaning box is 43 * 33 * 34 cm.
3, The main working pump of the cleaning machine is a double diaphragm pump, which has the functions of cleaning and air blowing; it is equipped with a 100cc quantitative pump (or a small diaphragm pump), which has the function of re washing with clean solvent (the water cleaning solution can be recycled to be replaced after coagulation filtration).
4, A single cleaning box can simultaneously clean two spray guns, two paint pots or other workpieces at the same time. The cleaning time is controlled by the automatic recovery knob. Generally, it only takes 1-2 minutes to complete the single cleaning (with functions of cleaning, drying and cleaning solvent washing).
5, There are 14 main nozzles in the cleaning box, which can clean the inside and outside of the spray gun at the same time from multiple angles.
6, It is equipped with the function of exhausting Phoenix (air outlet on the top of the machine), and can be connected to the centralized waste gas treatment system with bellows.
7, The cleaning machine is equipped with a movable manual air blowing gun and a cleaning brush (clean solvent is ejected when the brush is used).
8, Two 5-gallon solvent drums and two 10L solvent drums are normally configured (two for solvent and water cleaning, and one for water type with filtering device)
9, The mixed solution produced by water-based spray gun cleaning needs to be fully reacted by water-based paint coagulant and filtered by the filter device (the filter pad of solvent cleaning box and the filter bag of water-based cleaning need to be replaced timely or regularly according to the degree of corrosion or damage).
10, The case shell is marked with independent anti-static grounding mark.
