Working experience with new Customers
Request customer to send us the drawings, or offer the photos, main parameters, dimensions and other necessary data, etc.
Our tech. dept. issued the drawings according to the information offered by customers in 24 hours. And send it for customer's confirmation.
We send the quotation to customers in 24 hours after receipt of the confirmation of drawing.
After both parts get the agreement about price, drawings, we will arrange sample producing, and then send it for evaluation by customers.
The customers are requested to offer the test result. And we will update the design according to the test result if need it.
After conclude the final confirmation of the product both of us.  We will start the mass producing cooperation.

Q: Are you factory or Trade Company?
A: We are one direct factory, specializing in design and producing copper tube -aluminum fin evaporator and condenser coils for years.
Q: Can you offer the technical design service?
A: We have professional technical, R&D teams, can have efficient communication with customers and offer special technical service.
Q: How to ensure the quality of product which you offered?
A: We have professional QC team and a complete inner Quality control system: IQC, IPQC, PQC, FQC, OQC. Can ensure the quality of each product
Q: Can you offer the FOC sample, and the lead time?
A: After both parts get the agreement about price, drawings, Green-cooling will arrange sample producing, usually the FOC Sample is for less than 5PCS/code, and the lead-time is usually within 10days.
Q: What are your MOQ and the delivery time for mass order?
A: For mass order, usually the MOQ is less than 100sets. And the delivery date is usually within 15days after receipt of the firm order.
Q: What is your standard package for export?
    A: Seaworthy package: export carton/ ply-wooden case, pallet.
Q: What is the payment method?
     A: 30% deposit after placing order, balance before ex-factory. Or 100% irrevocable LC at sight
