Jiangyin Yali Nonwovens Co., Ltd is located in Zhouzhuang Town (an important textile industry town), Jiangsu Province. Besides, it is less than 10km far away from Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway and coastal expressway so it has convenient transportation and unblocked logistics.
Our company was founded in 2005. It is specialized in producing and selling PP non-woven fabrics and lining cloth. Besides, it has the production lines of PP spunbond (3.2m * 2.4m * 1.8m), double S spunbonded of 1.8m and 1.6m lining cloth. Besides, we have one 1.6m width lamination line, two ultrasonic composite lines and one melt-blown line imported from Japan as well.
At present, the annual production capacity of the non-woven fabrics can reach 8, 000 tons. The annual production capacity of the lining cloth can reach 20 million meters. It can produce five major categories, I. E. Dual-DOT lining, pink-DOT lining, syrup-DOT lining, dusting-DOT lining, and recombination lining. In addition, our company sticks to the enterprise management concept of "thought creates value, and science makes the future better" all the time.
