Hot printing ink roller is to print Batch Number/Expiry date on Packaging bags on Food or Medical factory.

For our ink roll, we have two type: XJ type and XF type,

For XJ type, the printing temp range: 90-130 degree;

For XF type, the printing temp range: 120-160 degree.

So if you need that, pls you firstly check which temp range is your need.

XJ------Feature:

1. High speed printing, excellent abrasion resistance, clear printing, quick-drying, non-polluting, Printing more times, good adhesion.

2. Application: Widdly used in pharmacy, food, packing industry to printing batch number, (i. e. Production /expiration date) and text label.

3. Suitable Substrate: PVC, PPC, Paper etc composite packaging film.

4. Temperature: 90-130 degree, per-heated about 20-30 minutes.

XF------Feature:

1. Can achieve fast printing, Easy to use, Clear printing, Quick-drying, Non-polluting, All material are imported, High stable quality, Can printing more times, Higher adhesion than XJ-Type. Can let the clients satisfy with the adhesion.

2. Application: Widdly used in Pharmacy, Food, Packing industry to printing Batch Number, (i. e. Production /expiration date) and text label.

3. Suitable Substrate: PVC, PPC, Paper etc composite packaging film.

4. Temperature: 120° C_160° C, per-heated about 20-30 minutes.
