Double Ropes Clamshell grabs

With four ropes, two ropes and single rope configurations, suitable to work with various types of lifting cranes to handling fine bulk materials (average granularity <30mm, max <100mm).

The grab is designed with single-shaft, the overall structure is light and durable, offering high grabbing ratio, strong closing force and high material filling rate. Depending on environmental requirements, marine requirements, or other special situations, it is also possible to design a dust-proof cover, a variety of sealed edges and low maintenance and maintenance free structures for the shaft pivot points. It is normally attached to port cranes, deck cranes, shipunloaders and other type of cranes, which are widely used in ports, steel plants, power stations and vessels.

Standard lifting capacity: 3.0 t to 100t
Range of density for materials to be handled: 0.8 t/m3 to 3.0t/m3
