Twin Chamber Regenerative Aluminum Melting Furnace

1. Structure:
The furnace includes two parts:
Heating room, which installed with 1 or 2 burners, for heating aluminum liquid;
Melting room, which is located in the bottom of charging opening, then the preheated scrap aluminum melt with soaking way in the furnace bottom;
In furnace bottom, there is a set of permanent magnet stirrer, which can produce rotating magnetic field. The aluminum liquid move by magnetic force to rotate, which makes mass transfer and heat transfer between the heating room and melting room.
The burning flame don't touch scrap aluminum, which avoid combustion loss.

Melting rate: Max more than 2t/h;
Energy consumption: 55~60x104kcal/t AL
Loss rate (light scrap): Less than 2.5%
