Suzhou Zhuohe Mould Technical Co., Ltd, specialized in manufacturing aluminium rotational moulds, located in Taicang port of Suzhou city, which is close to Shanghai, 45minutes from Hongqiao Airport, one and half hour from PVG Airport.
Mr Huang-the founder of Zhuohe, has more than 20 years experience in moulds development, he joined in 2008 Beijing Olympic drum project, 2010 Shanghai Expo Madrid project, China military case projects. Also well mastered in developing machinery tanks, fuel tanks, cleaning equipments, outdoor playground products, and so on.
With plant area by 6000 square meters, include 8 CNC machines, three digital monitoring milling machines, one set of wire electrode cutting machine, one set of large machine tool, shot peen equipments, polishing tools, rotomoulding oven machines and some other equipments.
Our large mould size is up to 3.8 meters in diameter and 6 meters in length, the weight is up to 2.2 tons. 70% moulds are exported to overseas customers from more than 24 countries, including UK, USA, Australia, Germany, Italy, Canada, Russia, Mexico, Thailand and many other countries.
