Regarding the cut:
It is possible to determine the measure of the transversal cut of the panel using three methods: by measure envisaged, by exit ramp or by centered cut system (which center the design of the quiltedof the cutted panel). (see the attached report)
It generates two longitudinal cuts of the excess material (one on each side).
It is possible to configure the number of cuts, allowing multiple longitudinal cuts for making side mattress.
Regarding the maintenance:
The automatic periodic lubrication of the transversal cutter blade allows a faster, noiseless and less blade wear.
The roller of finished material by roller or bar guarantees a constant winding tension.

 
Specially designed for very thick materials, such as mattress covers and comforters stuffed with wadding, foam, latex or visco.
Its four needle bars move forward, backward and lateral which allow 360º designs panel by panel centered with pre-cut mark. This makes it possible to respect the original design, without cutting, whatever the size of the mattress.
