Equipment structure: Loop chain conveying, small trolley type rigs, and frequency-conversion speed regulations.
Functional features: This equipment is designated for drying after connecting lamp tube and tube jacket and rubber filling. Special lamp tube rigs are used, convenient for installation and fixing. It is of electro thermal drying. The power system uses frequency conversion speed regulation system, with less noise, simple for operation.
Basic configurations and components:
1. Power: The motors use Hongling Brand 1.5KW speed adjustment motors manufactured by Jiangmen Motor Co., Ltd, Yashiba Brand 100 model 1: 100 peed reducer made in Taiwan, Aideli frequency converter imported from Taiwan for stepless speed regulation. Linear speed at 0.5-6M/min may be regulated freely.
2. Machine body and stand: Made of 40× 40× 1.5mm rectangle steel pipe. Machine body is made with 130× 23× 2mm aluminum profile. Protective board is made of 1.2mm cold steel sheet by bending.
3. Conveying chain: Bent board chain manufactured by Shanghai Chain Factory.
