It is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salt solutions and a variety of organic solvents below 80°C, and can be decomposed under high temperature and oxidation. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party,or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, discharging of the containeries not included. PA6 is a semi crystalline polymer with excellent mechanical strength, stiffness, thermal stability, and low-temperature impact resistance. Its molecular formula is [- NH - (CH2) 5-CO] n -, and its appearance is a semi transparent or opaque milky white crystalline polymerization. Properties The density of PA6 is about 1.14 g/cm ³, and it has a high water absorption rate (about 2.8%), which allows it to maintain excellent mechanical properties in humid environments. The melting point of PA6 is 215-225 ºC, and it has good heat resistance and self extinguishing properties. It has excellent resistance to aliphatic hydrocarbons,, and lubricants. PA6 also has good wear resistance and self-lubricating properties, with a friction coefficient of about 0.2 for oil-free lubrication.
