    The high pressure reactor (magnetic high pressure reactor) is a typical innovation of the magnetic transmission device used in the reaction equipment. It fundamentally solves the leakage problem of the shaft seal that the previous packing seal and mechanical seal can not overcome, without any leakage and pollution. The most ideal device for chemical reactions under high temperature and high pressure, especially the chemical reaction of flammable, explosive and toxic media, shows its superiority.
      The autoclave body material is mainly made of 1cr18Ni10Ti stainless steel, and titanium (TA2), nickel (Ni6) and composite steel plates can be made according to different media requirements. The structure of the kettle body has a flat cover, a convex cover and a closed type with a manhole. The reaction kettle body and the opening on the kettle lid can be designed according to the user's requirements; the heating method includes jacket steam, jacket hot oil electric heating and the like for the user to order when arbitrarily selected. For the inner surface of the kettle with polishing requirements, the above mirror polishing level can be achieved, and the high-viscosity material can be processed into a conical bottom for easy discharging and cleaning.

        The magnetic drive is the core technology for material mixing in high pressure reactors and is a necessary component for design pressures in excess of 50 bar. After the patent is published, it becomes the industry standard for pressure mixing equipment.
The magnetic drive completely seals the components used for agitation in a pressurized environment, thus completely solving the reliability of the dynamic seal between the agitator shaft and the reactor. Since the basic manufacturing materials of the magnetic actuator are ferromagnetic materials (iron-based alloy, nickel-based alloy), the magnetic permeability is excellent, and the magnetic field has almost no loss when passing through the layer for sealing the alloy. Thereby, the rotating magnetic field generated by the externally driven permanent magnet can be effectively accepted by the internal permanent magnet rotor, thereby driving the stirring component in the reactor to mix the material.Why choose us?
