YUS Mold is specialized in making PET preform molds, cap molds and machinery.
For PET preform molds, we can make from single cavity (5 gallon preform mold) to maximum 96cavity, closure ranges from PCO 28mm, 30/25 to 120mm jar and other bigger size, preform application ranges from mineral water, edible oil, cosmetics, food & Medical package to other daily applications.
As a professional mold maker, we supply customer very good quality molds with in time after sell service, we have 6 experienced technicians who fly around the world to customer′s factory for mold testing and maintenance. For mold plate, we use P20, for core/cavity/neck, we use FS136 stainless steel, HRC48-52. We can also use Sweden 136 as needed. For hot runner key parts, we all use imported good quality, such USA DuPont for insulator, Japan Punch for valve pin and nozzle tip
