Shenzhen Cirket Electronics Co., Ltd., a leading PCBA factory in south China, offers a full turn-key solution service including component sourcing, SMT, DIP, manual soldering, testing, mechanical assembly, and packing. We have a 4, 000-square-meter factory specializing in all kinds of electronic products, OEM and ODM. There are five SMT lines. Each line consists of one automatic solder paste printer, one high-speed YAMAHA chip mounter, two multifunction chip mounters, and one 10-oven reflow soldering machine. The capability is 100, 000 chips per hour per line. All boards after SMT will be checked by AOI. Precision components like BGA will be baked for more than 12 hours before assembly.
BGA and QFN footprint components will be sample checked by X-ray every hour in the mounting process. There is one DIP line, one manual soldering line, and one mechanical assembly line. All assembly processes are finished in our factory. Cirket has 100 employees, all of whom are well trained and experienced. There are 8 engineers and 20 QCs.
