This bright bar production line makes flexible combination and layout for the pre straightening, peeling and precision straightening, to realize high automation, high production and high surface quality.
Bar to Bar Peeling and Straightening Line has three combinations as below:
1. One peeling machine equips one precision straightening machine.
This type of bar to bar production line suit for those material with good straightness.
2. One peeling machine equips on pre straightening machine in front of the line, and equips one precision straightening machine after peeling.
This type of bar to bar production line suit for raw material with poor straightness.
3. Two peeler machine equips one precision straightening machine
Because peeling machine work speed is much lower than straightening machine, this Type of bar to bar production line can let peeler meet the high speed production of straightening machine, but also can improve surface quality and producing capacity.
Our main machine covers heavy duty & Light duty roll grinder, CNC centreless grinder, bar peeling machine & Straightening machine, bar and wire drawing machine, tube mill (also called pipe mill, pipe or tube forming machine and pipe or tube making machine), slitting machine, sawing machine, cold rolling machine for metal sheet ( like roof type, tail roof type, purlin type etc).
