Two roll straightening machine/straightener machine is mainly used for round bar straightening and polishing after peeling or grinding. This type of bar straightener machine can also be used for straightening of black bar and precision forging round materials. Because the rolling and straightening are completed at one time, this kind of metal straightening machine's work efficiency is high.
The two-roll straightening machine/straightener machine is characterized of strong practicability, stable processing, fast speed, good surface quality, and high processing accuracy.
The processing diameter of the two-roll straightening machine/straightener machine range from 6mm to 120mm. The straightness can be up to 0.15--0.4mm/m , and the roughness Ra<1μm after straightening. The maximum linear speed of this bar straightener machine can reach 15m/min.
