1. Control system upgrade
- Replacement of old system**:
- Replace the AMADA 04PD system with the **Siemens 840D**, which is compatible with the IoT pre-diagnosis system, reducing system downtime due to failures by 50%.
- Install **high-temperature resistant modules** (able to withstand 50ºC environment), preventing encoder alarms (such as 2050 PHNC failure) caused by heat attenuation of the circuit board.

2.Domestication of molds for substitution**
- High-performance mold solution**:
- Utilizing **electroslag remelted Cr12MoV steel** molds (with carbide non-uniformity ≤ 2 grades), the lifespan is 90% of that of imported molds, and the cost is reduced by 50%.
- Equipped with **intelligent edge grinding system**, which automatically monitors the thickness of burrs and triggers the grinding program, reducing 30% of sheet material loss.

3. Overall electrical wiring reorganization, replacement of all electrical components.

4. Complete machine debugging and provide free training for personnel.
