The curtain adopts PU double-layer anti- low temperature special environmental protection curtain. The entire door curtain has 5 layers, the inside and outside are thickened with heat insulation door curtain, and the inner core ismade of aluminum foil for heat preservation, with a total thickness of 14mm.
Lifting with double rollers:
Different from the common single-roller lifting scheme, the double-roller lifting method is adopted, and the power is stronger.
Control system (Servo system):
Adopt special servo system, the core is DSP chip, the system receives the incremental encoder signal at the end of the motor and the mechanical home position switch signal to set the opening height of the door.
Advantages:
1. The system has the function of displaying fault codes through LED tubes.
2. Steering protection: When the motor drive line is connected incorrectly, the controllerreports an error directly, and the door does not move.
3. Torque ring, position ring and speed ring are fully closed.
4. With the function of braking, the motor can stop at the expected position without electromagnetic brake pads, so that when the door stops at the limit position, it will be perfectly stitched.

There are radio eyes on both sides of the door frame. When there is an object under the door, it will control the door to remain open. When the door body descends, if there is an object passing below, the door body will open to the most open position, and then descend when there are no obstacles.
Safety edge system:
When the fast door equipped with safety edges hits a passing object, these flexible safety edges will be pressed and send a signal to the power system to stop the movement of the door body. It can effectively protect the door body and the safety of personnel and goods.
A complete safety edge consists of an aluminum rail - safety contacts, and safety contact strips. The special shape of the safety edge (rubber side) protects the safety contact strip from damage.· Technical Information:Automatic Geomagnetic:
Induction of moving metal objects, including forklifts/ trolleys, etc., the sensing range and sensitivity can be adjusted.
Manual Pull Rope:
Prefabricated at 2-3 meters above the door opening, pull to open the fast rolling door.
