I. Overview
The HF-RL26.350 series can precisely control reaction conditions to ensure the uniformity and quality of carbon coating. This resistance furnace is a high-quality flagship product launched by Xianyang Hongfeng Kiln Equipment Co., Ltd. for continuous production operations. It is suitable for use in industrial and mining enterprises and scientific research institutes for experiments, pilot production, and industrial production.
II. Product features
1. The HF-RL series can overcome defects such as underburning, overburning, and half-bakedness generated during the calcination process of powder materials, thereby improving the reaction time and quality uniformity of powder materials.
2. All refractory materials are ceramic fiber modules, which have the advantages of light weight, good temperature uniformity, fast heating speed, good thermal stability, and energy saving. The power consumption of the kiln is much lower than that of other similar products, greatly reducing production costs.
3. The rotary body material is stainless steel with grade 310S, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, certain acid and alkali resistance, not easy to wear, and high strength.
4. The temperature control adopts a PLC touch screen programmable control system, which has the advantages of simple structure, stable and reliable, easy adjustment, and wide application range. Different temperature curves, heating times and holding times can be set according to the process.
5. Excellent sealing performance. The equipment adopts modular design. The sealing parts are independent parts and are installed at both ends of our equipment. It has the characteristics of easy replacement and good sealing performance.

This control system is independently designed and manufactured by our company. It mainly consists of PLC, expansion module, AI control module, and realizes the automation of heating equipment and process automation control through software programming. Our company uses Siemens S7-200PLC, Xiamen Yudian temperature control module and Kunlun Tongtai touch screen, which have stable performance and strong expansibility. It can accurately control the heating up and constant temperature of the electric furnace. The execution adopts phase-shifting triggering and power regulation control to achieve slow start and slow stop; the temperature control is equipped with over-temperature alarm and automatically cuts off the heating circuit. The alarm mode is sound and light alarm; the temperature control meter uses an intelligent electric temperature control meter. The electrical control cabinet level is IP54. The functions of this system are as follows: a. Simple operation: Adopting a full Chinese touch operation panel, it is clear and intuitive. Users can set various parameters of the heating equipment at will. Compared with general equipment execution and temperature control devices, especially heating equipment controlled by temperature control instruments, there are no complex fault alarm codes and cumbersome parameter settings, greatly reducing the difficulty of user use. b. Real-time monitoring: Through the touch screen, we can clearly and intuitively see the real-time working status of each equipment, such as real-time temperature, heating operation status, rotary and various control system operation status, operation time, etc. c. Historical records: Powerful storage and memory function, which can conveniently view current temperature, historical temperature, current temperature curve, historical temperature curve, etc. d. Parameter setting: Various working parameters can be set arbitrarily, and even non-professionals can quickly and easily master it. (14) Safety system This equipment is equipped with an audible and visual alarm system. Among them, over-temperature, open thermocouple alarm, and over-range alarm are set.
