It does not affect the activity of most enzymes, the binding of antibodies in the reaction system, and the change of absorbance of indicator substances in the reaction. Good water solubility helps in the wide application of in vitro diagnostic reagents.Sigm* ProCli*300 is one of the commonly used preservatives in IVD, which is widely used in in vitro diagnostic reagents, but many customers have reported that ProCli*300 is unstable or yellowing in the case of neutral or alkaline PH, and it is easy to yellowing and even precipitate in high concentration, which has a great impact on some projects.After long-term research, Braveds has developed a new liquid preservative MB-1. Liquid preservative MB-1 is an upgraded version of ProCli*300, which has higher active concentration, more stable, more alkali-resistant and better bacteriostatic ability than ProCli*300.
And after process improvement, the color of liquid preservative MB-1 itself is almost transparent, even if it is used in partial alkali or high concentration, there will be no yellowing phenomenon.

L do not add any organic solvents, halogenated organic compounds, formaldehyde releases or divalent metal ions.
L it is applicable to a wide range of pH, and can be used in the range of 2.0 to 10.0.
L is soluble in water, most lower alcohols and ethylene glycol.
L the solvent used does not interfere with the reagent reaction system and is compatible with the key enzyme (Enzymes).
L does not inhibit antibody binding.

The recommended concentration is 0.04-0.2%, and the appropriate dose is selected according to the applied product and its environmental conditions.
This product should avoid direct contact with eyes. Once in contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water without delay. Do not contact with the skin for a long time.
L it should be noted that the temperature, pH value and redox potential will not affect the stability of this product.
Store in the original container and avoid extreme temperatures. It is easy to frost and may crystallize when the temperature is lower than 1 ºC. However, when heated to 50 ºC at most, any crystal formed will dissolve again and will not affect the performance.
