Low Voltage Industrial AC Drives

NC HVVF series medium voltage AC Drive is a voltage source inverter based on IGBT and cell series multilevel PWM technology.

Nancal HVVF adopts vector control and combines PWM technology to realize variable frequency speed control of medium voltage motor.

It is used to satisfy the process automation, reducing energy consumption and protecting environment.

NC HVVF can achieve output voltage up to 18kV with perfect sinusoidal wave form by multilevel PWM. It also can directly drive almost all kind of medium voltage motors without step up transformer.

Until now, our products have successfully replaced of SIEMENS S120 & ABB ACS800, ACS880 in many steel rolling factories.
Application case's sample:
After the successful operation of Nancal 690V industrial AC drives used for SG-650 4-high reversing mill in a stainless steel plant in Jieyang city, Guangdong province China, Nancal EVFD was successfully applied again in the Sendimir 20-high reversing mill project of another stainless steel plant in Jieyang, with the rated capacity of 6150kW.
The successful application further verified the excellent performance of NC EVFD series industrial AC drives, it can fully meet the stainless steel cold rolling industry applications, breaking the monopoly by ABB, Siemens and other top brands.
