RFQ

1. What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no MOQ limit for new order. One pcs or one panel is okay.

2. How to get a quotation?
PCB quotation require Gerber file.
PCBA quotation require Gerber file and BOM list.
 

3. What kind of PCB file format can you accept for production?
GERGER, CAM350, PROTEL 99SE, PROTEL DXP, POWER PCB,GCCAM, ODB+(.TGZ)

4. How to get the goods?
a. For small order, we provide door to door service via DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT express.
b. For heavy cargos, shipment by air or by sea to save freight cost.
c. Of course, if you have your own forwarder, we may contact them for dealing with your shipment.

5. What's the production time for PCB?
In generally, 2-layer PCB samples: 5 WDS, 4-layer PCB samples: 6 WDS.
Mass production time should be confirmed with our sales engineer.

6. What is the Lead Time for assembly?
a. 4-6 working days for prototype assembly.
b. 9-15 working days for mass production.

7. How long can I keep the pcb in stocking before using it?
It depends on the surface finishing of pcb.
a. HAL or HAL leadfree pcb: more than 6 months but not over one year.  
b. Immersion gold pcb: 6 months
c. Immersion silver or tin pcb: more than 3 months. 

Please note the circuit boards must be packed in the vacuum package and kept in the warehouse at 25+/-3 degree temperture and humidity 65%.
