Custom Durable Steel Mould Rotational Mold for Slide Playground Outdoor

         The mold for double-way slides is often fabricated from steel sheet metal by welding after forming. It has a simple frame, better resistance impact, and durability. Comparing with Aluminum mould, the steel mould has the advantage of lower cost and easily maintenance.

      Often, a kind of surface treatment, plating PTFe, is applied after polishing playground mold.
      Commonly one finish is sandblasting for mould cavity surface, also called abrasive blasting, which produces a textured rustic look. Also, we offer a smooth glossy or matte finish.
