The product is a cantilever and centrifugal pump. It adopts a single pump casing structure connected by cassette, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high reliability. The product structure is reasonable, the flow channel is wide, the operation is reliable, the flow rate is large, and the life is long. It is especially suitable for the continuous transportation of highly abrasive materials that cannot be conveyed by general slurry pumps due to the large particles.
Scope of application: diameter: 100-800mm, flow: 80-10000m3/h, head: , 5-90m.
Model meaning: 16/14TU-GH (inverse) 16/14-inlet and outlet diameter, TU-bracket form, G-pump series, GH high head, (inverse) impeller rotates counterclockwise.
Sand pump features:
l Adopt a single pump casing structure connected by cassette, with a wide flow channel and a cemented carbide lining with good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high reliability.
l Barrel structure bearing assembly, using high-capacity bearing design, bearing grease lubrication, oil lubrication to adapt to different working conditions.
l The gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted to ensure the efficient operation of the pump.
l The shaft seal adopts packing seal, impeller seal and cartridge mechanical seal to adapt to different working conditions.
l The pump and the drive can be directly driven, V-belt driven, fluid coupling drive and reducer driven.
l The outlet direction of the pump can be rotated and installed at any angle to adapt to different on-site installation conditions.
