Industrial Biogas Burner Applications
It is applied to the combustion of biogas in various industries and fields. Conventional biogas is composed of 50% ~ 80% methane, 20% ~ 40% carbon dioxide and a small amount of nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen, hydrogen sulfide and other gases, with a calorific value of about 20800 ~ 23600 kJ /m3.
Biogas Burner Features
1) Biogas and air are mixed evenly and burned completely, and the combustion efficiency is above 99.9%;
2) Use plasma igniter or high energy igniter for direct ignition, not affected by climate.
3) It is not affected by the furnace pressure and can achieve normal combustion regardless of positive or negative pressure;
4) Strong flame rigidity and stable combustion;
5) When the gas fluctuates instantaneously, the burner can still burn normally;
6) Biogas pressure to adapt to a large range: 2kPa - 50kPa;
7) Each biogas burner is custom-designed according to user requirements
8) Wide adaptability of working conditions: strong positive pressure, strong negative pressure, no oxygen, high temperature, etc.
9) Realize low NOx combustion, NOx emission concentration ≤50mg/Nm3.
