3 Performance and experimental methods
3.1 Outer size:
The measuring tool specified in 4.3 is used for measurement. The result should meet the requirements of 2.6.
3.2 Open circuit voltage:
The battery is placed at 23°C±3°C for more than 24 hours, and measured with the DC voltmeter specified in 4.3 at the same ambient temperature. The results should meet the requirements of Table 1.
3.3 Load voltage:
The battery is placed at 23°C±3°C for more than 24 hours. At the same ambient temperature, the 15KΩ load resistance specified in 4.3 is connected between the two poles, and the voltage between the two poles of the battery is measured with the DC voltmeter specified in 4.3. The results should meet the requirements of Table 1.
3.4 Discharge capacity:
The sample battery tested should be placed at 23°C±3°C for more than 24 hours, and the 15KΩ load resistance should be continuously discharged in series at the same ambient temperature, and 2.0V should be terminated. The results should meet the requirements of Table 1.
3.5 Appearance:
Visual inspection, the surface of the battery should be smooth, there should be no bump deformation, and the mark should be clear.
3.6 Extreme:
It has good electrical conductivity, no night leakage and corrosion.
3.7 Leak resistance:
The sample battery tested was stored for 30 days at 45°C±3°C and the relative humidity below 70%, and then visual inspection at room temperature and humidity. There should be no leakage.
3.8 Storage Features:
The tested sample battery is stored at room temperature and humidity for 12 months, and then continuously discharges according to the requirements of 3.4. The self- discharge rate is calculated according to the following formula, and the result should meet the requirements of Table 2.
[(A1-A2)÷ Average initial theoretical discharge capacity of battery at room temperature] × 100%
A1 - Average discharge capacity in the initial period of the battery
A2 - Average discharge capacity after battery storage
3.9 Vibration resistance:
After the test battery withstands the following vibrations, the battery performance should meet the requirements of Table 1. ( Single amplitude 0.8mm, double amplitude 1.6mm, the frequency changes at a speed of 1Hz/min between 10-55Hz, and recovers at 90-100min. The vibration should be carried out in the three directions of X, Y and Z)
3.10 Drop resistance:
The test battery fell from a height of 1.9 meters to the cement surface 10 times. The battery should have no leakage, no obvious deformation, no fire, no explosion, and meet the requirements of Table 1.
3.11 Short-circuit test:
Connect the positive and negative electrodes of the test battery with the shortest copper wire of φ1.3mm until it is fully discharged and the shell temperature returns to 55°C ± 2 °C. There should be no flame or explosion in the whole process. This process is limited to a single battery.
4 Test conditions
4.1 Initial test:
It refers to the test carried out within three months after the battery is down.
4.2 Temperature and humidity:
When there is no special regulation, the test is carried out at a normal temperature of 25°C±15°C and constant humidity of 65%±20%.
4.3 Measurement and inspection instruments
4.3.1 Size measuring instrument: a cursor caliper with a measurement error not greater than ±0.02mm or a measuring instrument with the same accuracy.
4.3.2 voltmeter: a DC voltmeter with an accuracy of not less than 0.25, and its internal resistance should not be less than 10MΩ.
4.3.3 Precision resistance: the relative error is less than 0.5%.
4.3.4 Resistance box: the relative error is less than 0.5%.
4.3.5 Electrothermal constant temperature drying oven: absolute error is less than ±0.02°C
