Maintenance indication explanation: 

Kbz series maintenance indicators for air cleaners
I. Application: 
Kbz series maintenance indicator for air cleaner (hereafter referred to as indicator) is a device that shows the intake resistance of the air filer of diesel engine in operation. During the operation of the engine, when the resistance and negative pressure of the core of air filter increase due to the blockage of the dust and impurity, the indicator shows relevant color or the signal lamp is on. The customer could maintain the core according to the indication. With the application of the product, it is able to prevent effectively the powerless acceleration of the engine and black smoke, save the fuel, reduce the exhaust and prolong the service life of the engine. 
This indicators can be widely applied to air filters of diesel engines in various kinds of automobiles, engineering machinery, power generation units, air compressors, agricultural machinery, etc.

Iii. Operation installation and technical matters: 
1. The indicator shall be placed horizontally at the air outlet of the air filter or other places easy to observe with the help of pipe. Turn the indicator clockwise during assembly. 
2. It is forbidden to pull or collide forcefully the indicator installed on the air filter. 
3. The unit for observation hole is kpa. When the window is red or the signal lamp is on, it shows that the air cleaner needs to be maintained immediately. Press the reset device to resume the original position before ex-factory and after maintenance of the air cleaner. 
4. The normal operation temperature for indicator is -30 ºc~ +60 ºc, and -30 ºc~ +100 ºc for the refractory products. 
5. Prevent the corrosion of arene and chlorinated hydrocarbon as well as oil dust during use and storage.
