E-Glass Woven Roving

E-glass woven roving are high-performance reinforcement fabric made by interweaving direct rovings. E-glass woven roving are compatible with unsaturated polyester. Vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins.

E-glass woven roving are used in hand lay up process, filament winding, molding and continuous lami-nating process for the production of boats, transport facility. Construction, chemical corrosion and other fields

Product features:

1. Warp and weft rovings aligned in a parallel and flat manner, resulting in uniform tension.

2. Densely aligned fibers, resulting in high dimensional stability and making handling easy.

3. Good mold ability, fast and complete wet in resins, resulting in high productivity.

4. Products of high mechanical strength.

5. Excellent acid resistance

E-glass woven roving are wound onto a paper tube which has an inside diameter of 89mm or 76mm, any length per roll are available according to application. The roll is warpped up with plastic film, and then packed in a cardboard box. The rolls are to be horizontally placed on pallets and no more than 4 layers high.

Unless otherwise specified, E-glass woven roving should be stored in a dry, cool and rain-proof area. It is recommended that the room temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15'C-35'C
