Material: HSS 18% W - T1, HSS 6% W - M2, HCHC 13% Cr - D2, DS - TOOL STEEL
Usage: profile cutting, machining of wood boards and balks
Machine: shapers, multisided profile cutting millers, planers and thicknessers
Description:
1. Material: T1 for hardwood, M2 for hard and softwood, D2 for softwood, DS for softwood.
2. Serrated back knives in metric and inch sizes
3. Hardness: 58 to 63 HRC, other hardness on customer's request.
4.60 degree and 90 degree serration
5. Angle of cutting EDGE: standard 45 degree + peripheral land 0.5 mm, other angle on customer's request
6. Bevel angle 45 degree, other angle on customer's request
7. Accept customized manufacture.
